1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a class or service with M&S Dance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If
you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly
- Payment is required at the time of booking for online reservations
- Bookings are subject to availability
2.2 Pricing and Fees
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- Online bookings include a small admin fee to cover website and processing costs
- Prices may differ for on-the-door payments
- We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Class Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the class: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
3.2 Course Cancellations
- Cancellations made before the course starts: Full refund
- Cancellations made after course starts: No refund
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days
3.3 Private Lesson Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the lesson: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson: A nominal fee to cover costs incurred
- Rescheduling is possible with 24 hours notice, subject to availability
4. Health and Safety
- Participants take part in classes at their own risk
- Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries before participating
- We recommend consulting a doctor before starting any new exercise program
- Participants must follow all safety instructions given by instructors
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it may be unsafe
5. Code of Conduct
- All participants must treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Appropriate dance attire and footwear should be worn
- We reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves inappropriately
6. Photography and Video
- We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes
- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class
- Participants are welcome to take their own photos with permission from others
7. Liability and Insurance
- M&S Dance maintains appropriate public liability insurance coverage
- Participants take part in classes at their own risk and are advised to have their own personal
insurance
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
- We are not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during classes
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our
reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, natural disasters, or
other emergency situations.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and
will take effect immediately upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the
English courts.
