He manages to balance the varying abilities within a class ensuring that newcomers get all the advice and assistance they need whilst still throwing out improvement challenges to those who have progressed. He manages this across the difficulty levels of classes that are held and also so with humour.
Sarah provides first rate explanation and challenge and technique when partnered with you helping you to accelerate your progression. Sarah also does so with a sense of humour as well. Sarah also keeps you well informed of what's going on across the wider scene of their offering.
